our services
osseous surgery

Periodontal disease destroys supporting tissue and bone, forming “pockets” around the teeth. This surgery folds back the gum tissue and removes the disease-causing bacteria.
dental implants

A dental implant is a device surgically implanted into your jaw to provide support for a prosthetic tooth or bridge. Dental implants may be an option for people who have lost one or more teeth.
gum grafts

Exposed tooth roots are the result of gum recession. Gingival surgery will cover the exposed root and help prevent additional recession and bone loss.
frenectomy

A tight frenum pulls the gums away from the teeth. A frenectomy frees the band of connective tissue, reducing the risk of gaps, gum recession and other oral health problems.
extractions

The removal of a tooth due to decay, damage, or periodontal disease, performed with careful technique to minimize discomfort and support long-term oral health.
crown lengthening

Excess gum and bone tissue is reshaped to expose more of the natural tooth. This can be done to one tooth, to even the gum line, or to several teeth to expose a natural, broad smile.
socket preservation

Performed after tooth extraction to preserve the bone and soft tissue at the site, often using grafting materials to maintain the socket's shape and volume for future dental restoration.
ridge augmentation

The gum is lifted away from the ridge to expose the void where the bone is missing. This void is then filled with bone or bone substitute to build up the ridge enough to place implants.
sinus lifts

If there is not enough bone to place implants in the back of the jaw, a sinus lift can raise the sinus floor, allowing for the development of enough bone to hold implants in place.
peri-implantitis treatment

Peri-implant mucositis, soft tissue inflammation, may be successfully treated and is reversible if caught early. Peri-implantitis, which causes bone degeneration in addition to gum inflammation, may require surgical treatment.
tooth exposure

This procedure uncovers an unerupted or impacted tooth, typically using minor surgical techniques to assist in guiding the tooth into proper position during orthodontic treatment.
non-invasive gum treatment

A deep cleaning of your tooth root surfaces. First, we scale beneath the gum line to remove plaque and other bacterial toxins from pockets. Root planing smooths the tooth root to prevent future plaque or toxins from adhering.
biolase

A non-invasive laser treatment using BIOLASE technology to target and eliminate bacteria associated with periodontal disease and peri-implantitis, promoting healing while preserving healthy tissue.
